Being authentic and real is a big part of My Intercontinental Life. I want you to be able to relate to me and to know what’s going on in my mind, how I live my life and how I see the world. It is not surprising then that the most popular posts on this website are related to my innermost thoughts and feelings.

World travel related blog posts:
I love to travel (given that my blog is called My Intercontinental Life, this shouldn’t be a surprise for you, right?) and I love to let the world take part in my adventures. Traveling is part of personal growth for me and I am a firm believer in the fact that you can only broaden your horizon if you discover the world and meet different people from completely different backgrounds, with different world views and different languages. Having a glimpse into other cultures and ways of living makes you question your own beliefs and standards. From Africa to Australia, from Denpasar, Bali, to LA, Hawai, New York, Zurich and more. I take you on a thrilling journey all around the world.

Business related posts:
After my 14-year long battle with anorexia nervosa and the beginning of my way to health, I decided to drop out of college, find out who I really am and pursue, for the first time ever, a career that aligned with my values, my standards and with my true self. Building a business and being a young entrepreneur is not easy and I am only at the beginning of my journey, but I am eager to share with you my victories and my failures and all the lessons that I learn along the way.

On Love, Marriage and Relationships:
In 2010, I found the love of my life. We got married after only 6 weeks and have not regretting it a single day. However, marriage takes work and relationships are not always easy. If you’re serious about your partnership, you have to put some effort into it and you have to be willing and ready to evolve, let go and accept. I am only two years into this journey of not being single, but we have been through a lot together and I have learned more about myself while growing closer to my husband.
Popular posts on Personal Growth and Smart Habits in your daily life:
Going through the hell of having an eating disorder and recovering from it has given me a lust for life and a motivation to live the best life I could possibly live. I won’t settle for anything less than living a rich, healthy, happy and fulfilled life and I hope that those are your pillars of living as well. Living is about evolving constantly, about learning new skills, letting go of old ones and embracing all the struggles with a quest to master them in a gracious way. Growing as a person is limitless, but totally up to you. Are you willing to do some work on yourself, are you willing to challenge your beliefs and work through them? You should, because life just gets more beautiful the more layers you add to it.
